Sous Chef

We are looking for a Sous chef to work alongside our talented & passionate team across our 2 food led pubs near Wetherby.  You are either a strong Sous chef now or a CDP looking to take the next step up.  Our business is well established, growing and will provide further development opportunities in the future.  We cook exclusively with fresh produce using local suppliers whenever we can.

You will be;

  • Passionate about cooking with fresh produce
  • Reliable, hardworking, consistent & punctual
  • A good team player but comfortable working on your own when necessary
  • Clean, tidy, organised & well presented
  • Always ready to learn & take on new ideas and be ready to contribute your own
  • Able to inspire those around you and help to build and develop our team as well as yourself

Front of House Manager

We are looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to lead the next stage of our ambitious growth plan in our long-established business focusing on quality food, drinks & service.

You will be;

  • Keen to join a growing business and ready to grow with us into multi-site management
  • Responsible for a growing team and must be commercially aware
  • Responsible for ensuring the business is appropriately staffed, balancing the needs of the business and ensuring the company standard levels are met at all times.
  • Passionate about products and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Knowledgeable about all aspects of cellar management, licensing, health & safety, food & drinks service, allergens etc.
  • Able to demonstrate a good grasp of cost controls and profit & loss
  • Highly organised, punctual, reliable and well presented
  • A proven team builder who can inspire and develop those working for you
  • A team player that can work proactively with the whole team to ensure high levels of service at all times
  • Passionate about developing and implementing strong systems and processes to ensure we deliver consistently for our customers
