Rib Eye is taken from the fore rib of beef which is positioned in the shoulder of the animal. These steaks consist of a high level of creamy fat and marbling. That combined with their beautiful cylindrical appearance makes them ideal for real beef lovers. We select our meats from R&Js butchers. TheyÂ have been supplying some of the choicest fresh meats and poultry in the North of England from their farm in the Yorkshire Dales for more than 40 years.
