We select our meats from R&Js butchers. They have been supplying some of the choicest fresh meats and poultry in the North of England from their farm in the Yorkshire Dales for more than 40 years. They pride themselves on Quality and Consistency. All of their animals graze freely in open pastures, an approach which is not only much kinder to the animals but which also produces the highest quality meats, rich in flavour. Sirloin consists of a top layer of beautiful flavoursome fat and quite often marbling running throughout the soft, tasty meat.
